ABOUT US
Mohawk’s founder began his career designing, installing and servicing surface drying equipment for Fortune 500 companies around the world. The equipment was based in factories and clean rooms, with the parts moving through the machines.
While watching a NASCAR event delayed by rain, he had a “lightbulb” moment: “Why not make a portable system for drying and cleaning surfaces?”
The result: The Mohawk Tomahawk prototype pavement dryer, which debuted drying Pit Lane for the 2013 NASCAR All Star Race at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Since then, Mohawk has continued to develop advanced technology for cleaning and drying surfaces for Motorsports, and has branched out to tackle problems experienced at countless construction and jobsites around the globe.
Our “True North” is rooted in the principles of the great Thomas Edison: “I see what the world needs, and then I proceed to invent”.
